WHAT IS THE EFFECT OF PSYCHOTHERAPY?
Every kind of psychotherapy is based on the relationship between the patient and the therapist and takes place in the form of an exchange, usually through conversation.
The various psychotherapeutic methods differ primarily in the way in which this conversation is performed. In therapeutic work, there are several events that serve as starting and focal points: thought patterns, dreams, spontaneous ideas and epiphanies, one’s childhood, one’s behaviour, the body. Therapists usually work with a combination of approaches.
