SERVICES

• Supervision of individual employees or team groups, especially of institutions for people with disabilities such as supervised residential homes, protected workplaces, nursing homes, home care, or outpatient accompaniment.
• I worked for years at such an institution and know its processes from the inside. Further, I’m proficient in ICF, QM, VIBEL.
• Supervision and coaching of residence directors and team leaders
• Supervision of social pedagogues, teachers, family doctors, and other professional groups.
• Supervision offered either as case supervision, crisis intervention, or as team supervision.

PROCEDURE

Supervision can take place in the institution or in my practice. At the institution is more common.

In general, the supervision is preceded by a preliminary meeting, where those responsible present their institution and express their concerns.
